The Rebuilding Process is Finally Complete!

The new office is completed. pictures will be forth coming.

The new office on 09/25/2012. Dry walling now.  Still on target for construction to be completed by the end of October.  Then hopefully the office will be moved by Thanksgiving.

9/12/12 - Construction on the new office so far is on schedule to be finished by the end of October.  The office should be moved by Thanksgiving if all goes well.  The new address is 2001 W. 20th street.  Between Maidenlane and Schifferdecker.

7/23 - The temporary office is up and running and we will begin seeing patients on Monday July 25th.  Our staff has worked very hard to get it ready for operations.  Thank you for your patients from the situation.  We will begin to make plans for permanant office, looking to be finished by March of 2013.

7/1 - Old office has been torn down and should be cleared by the weekend.  We should start calling patients to reschedule missed and upcoming appointments.  Dr McAllister and I will work a new schedule until new office is finished.  The hours will be 7am- 1pm or 1pm-7pm.  We will alternate weeks one working early and the other working late then the following week we will switch.

6/28 - Temp buildings are being place this week.  That process should be done before the fourth of July weekend.  With installation of all dental equipment to follow.  This should all be completed by the week of july 15th.  Below are some photos of temp office being built.

6/21-Began the demolition of the rental house behind our office.  It should be gone by the 22nd.  site prep Thursday and Friday.  the mobile unit should begin arriving Saturday.  The utilities to be connected the following week.  The building should be up by the 1st then it will take some time to install all the dental equpment.  As soon as I can get a better idea of when we will be fully operational I will post.   Hopefully we can begin calling patients by the end of next week or the first of the following week.

Finally got the permit to place temp building behind the office.  Still looking for a July 1st. date to resume operations

We will start calling patients when our phone and database are up and running, to reschedule appoints that were lost due to the tornado.

We are trying to reopen around July 1st.  When we get the computer network up and running we will begin to call patients to reschedule and schedule appointments.

This is the view from my house looking down my street.  It already looks different with many neighbors starting the clean up process.

No employees or the families were seriously injured during the storm.

We praise God for this.

My wife, sons, mother, and myself were in my car around where the debris in the road is.  We were coming home from my younger son's high school graduation.
